80. The Pumpkin King

my best piece of art so far, other than my finished picture of Veronika Benda.


i really like how the burn tool worked on Jack's head, and the jacket looks dark enough so that this doesn't look like St. Patrick's Day gone awry, but also gives this a little relief to the seriousness and threats given... Okay, threats from little pumpkins that'll rip out your guts in turn for you doing that to them doesn't seem like a threat, but once in a while, it haunts you XDDDD

the eyes glowing turned out great.. the moon...

but seriously, i got Edenbridge: MyEarthDream on wednesday, and they're seriously THE BEST!!!! *starts jumping excitedly*


*...five minutes later, takes pills* okay, sorry... again, with the hyperness.

I had heard of Edenbridge before, and had always meant to listen to it at one point, just to see what they sounded like and if I would like them... i never got to it, of course, so when i got the CD, naturally, i forced myself to listen to all the songs. ALL OF THEM.

So far, I have made a habit of staying in a small corner of my dank room drawing and reading till my eyes felt like they were going to pop out.

Interesting, yes?

Also, I love Jhonen Vasquez's work (like JtHM and SQUEE) as well as Edgar Allan Poe poetry, Roman Dirge's work (like Lenore the Cute Little Dead Girl) and Tite Kubo's work of Bleach. Anime and cartooning are some of my main things, so yeah.

Also, I don't like people who chide and yell at me over my artwork. It gets frustrating for everyone, yelling constantly back and forth, and besides, this is my own artwork. I've never stolen anything, and besides, I decide how I draw things.
